Returns& Refunds policy

Due to the products being custom-made to order, we do not and will not accept cancellations after an order is placed, barring special circumstances. If you are in dire need of a cancellation, contact us through the form below, and we will work to figure out a solution together.

This also means that we only offer exchanges, no refunds, in the event the product is damaged in transit. If it is the quality of the item that you are unsatisfied with, we will be happy to send you a replacement, provided the conditions to do so are met. Listed below are the conditions for damaged exchanges and quality exchanges.

Conditions for Damage exchanges:

For the goods to be eligible for an exchange, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • The damage was not caused by the customer after shipping.

  • You have contacted WoodlandArtStudio with information about the damaged product (we may even ask for a photo of the described damage).

Conditions for Quality exchanges:

For the goods to be eligible for a quality exchange, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 30 days

  • You have contacted WoodlandArtStudio with information about the product's lack of quality (we may even ask for a photo of the described quality concern).

  • You must provide WoodlandArtStudio with a copy of the returned product receipt as proof of the return, in order for us to ship the new item.

We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. You must provide WoodlandArtStudio with the receipt of the return shipment in order to receive an exchange.

We will handle the cost of shipping the new product back to you.
