About The Art Studio

As a stay-at-home mom, I've had a lot of free time to really dive back into my paintings. That, however, comes with the caveat that we've relied on only my fiancée's income for a while, and I've had a handful of people in my life tell me that I should sell some of my art as a way to make a second income. So here we are!

How The Prints Are Made & Shipped:

Because I don't have the necessary materials or hardware to make my own prints from home yet, I am currently outsourcing the printing process through a printing company called Gelato. Gelato is a reputable worldwide printing site with fantastic quality art printing products that have truely impressed me!

At some point in the future, I hope to be able to make my own prints from my home, but right now, that just isn't possible. So I'm going to leave it to the professionals for now, at least until I can save up enough to afford the equipment.

For now, this allows me to keep the costs of prints low while still keeping them high quality.

Gelato has production sources all over the world. Once an order is placed, all Prints are made and shipped from the closest location to you. This is great because it not only cuts down on Shipping Times, but it also reduces the carbon footprint and keeps the shipping cost lower than it would otherwise be if it were being shipped from my house!

Poster prints are packaged in rolled tubes for safety. While some might find this annoying, it ensures that nothing gets bent or damaged in transit and is a necessary evil to ensure the product's quality. I recommend laying it flat under a book or two with a cloth in between so it can flatten out before hanging it on the wall, or you can place them in poster frames to hang them on the wall that way.

Canvas Prints and Framed Canvas Prints are shipped in form fitting carboard boxes with protection inside to prevent them from getting damaged in shipping. These also come with hanging equipment already, so you don't have to go get any yourself.
